Our Journey and Development
The journey of Technic Engineering Services Private Limited (TESPL) began in 2010 under the name Technic Engineering. Over the years, our commitment to excellence in electrical engineering and contracting led us to evolve into M/s Technic Engineering Services Private Limited, which was officially registered in 2020 under the Companies Act 2013.
TESPL was founded by Mr. Amit Paul and Mr. Mohit Shaw, both young, energetic, and highly experienced professionals in the fields of engineering and execution. Their vision and leadership have been integral in shaping the company into what it is today.
From the very beginning, we built a strong foundation with a dedicated team specializing in design, execution, and supervision. Our experienced engineers, skilled supervisors, and expert workers are the backbone of our success. Their expertise ensures that we deliver high-quality services at every stage of the project, from initial design to final handover.

Mr. Amit Paul - Director & CEO
The founder director and CEO of TESPL, Mr. Paul, is an electrical engineer with over 20 years of expertise in electrical engineering, design, execution, and site supervision. Before establishing TESPL in 2020, he held key positions in several organizations. Throughout his career, Mr. Paul has successfully completed a diverse range of projects, including residential complexes, commercial buildings, hospitals, malls, colleges, gardens, and more.
He is a member of ISLE, IAE, ISQEMA.
Mr. Mohit Shaw - Director & Head Execution
Mr. Shaw is one of the founder member, director and head execution. In 2000, he stepped into the electrical marketing & execution field. He has been engaged for a long time in this field and this long journey will help to grow the business as well as satisfy their clients always.
