The foundation of Technic Engineering Services Private Limited (TESPL) was laid in 2008, when Mr. Amit Paul established Technic Engineering with a vision to deliver reliable, innovative, and high-quality electrical engineering solutions. Founded on integrity, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction, the firm quickly earned market trust through its unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
In 2020, Mr. Amit Paul and Mr. Mohit Shaw joined forces to scale the business, transforming the firm into Technic Engineering Services Private Limited (TESPL), which was officially incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.
Today, TESPL is a professionally managed, full-service Electrical Engineering and Contracting company. We deliver end-to-end solutions spanning detailed engineering design, procurement support, project management, installation, testing, commissioning, and turnkey electrical projects.
Backed by a team of highly qualified engineers, experienced project managers, skilled supervisors, and dedicated technicians, we consistently deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions that meet stringent industry standards.

Mr. Amit Paul - Director & CEO
The Founder Director and CEO of TESPL, Mr. Amit Paul, is a seasoned Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of industry-leading experience in electrical engineering, design, and project execution. Prior to establishing TESPL, he held key leadership positions across several reputed organizations. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Paul has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential complexes, commercial towers, healthcare facilities, shopping malls, educational institutions, and public landscapes.
He is a member of professional bodies including ISLE (Indian Society of Lighting Engineers), IAE, and ISQEMA.
Mr. Mohit Shaw - Director & COO
Mr. Mohit Shaw is a Director and COO at Technic Engineering Services Private Limited (TESPL). With over two decades of experience in the electrical industry, he brings extensive expertise in electrical marketing, project execution, and site management. Committed to operational excellence and client satisfaction, he plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering long-term client relationships through quality, reliability, and professional service.
